In other words, the vehicle sensor, controller and recorder send the information of battery, GPS and vehicle CAN bus to the data center platform via GPRS network. The data center platform monitors vehicles in real time, analyzes, stores and predicts data, externally publishes monitoring and early-warning information, transmits data to sub-centers and monitors vehicle state.
